概要

VPX-20SH model offers perfect electronic shielding as much as lowering external electronic noise effects. The probe positioning are implemented by double micro-positioning system. Firstly, inner positioners take the device electrode positions roughly and then the accurate positioning is done by outer positioning knobs after chamber evacuation. Up to 2-inch sized sample can be measured in this system with the temperature from 10K to 500K. It provides very low back-ground electronic noise and high-vacuum state as well with perfectly shielded chamber structure having few leak points in terms of evacuation and low frequency noise.
